My family and a friend of mine stayed in Crimson Condos for a week for my daughter’s spring break. Things were still recovering from the hurricanes, but we had the most amazing time! While the pool area was closed for our stay, we spent the whole week outside spending time by the beach and John’s Pass. The unit was spotlessly clean and had plenty of space for everything we needed. Management was very responsive and helpful for our stay. Cannot recommend staying here enough, I know we’ll be back!

Rental at Crimson was very nice. Pool was very nice. Hot tub was cold all week. Maintenance looked at it every day. Didn’t fix it. Other than that, we a great time. Would stay here again!

I have stayed with Sunhost Reaorts for 25+ yrs and they never disappoint me. The rooms are always clean and I love being ON the beach as well as close to Johns Pass. Great place to stay!!

It was really fun. the room was great and the only complain (which really isnt one) is the trash bags were very cheap and fell apart all the time. The condo was good!!

2 weeks with a great view of the sunsets from our deck. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. A wonderful place to stay on the Beach.

Everything about this room was just right for our family. We loved the updated bathrooms and additional bedroom. It is in a perfect location that’s why we’ve been back several times. Planning our next trip for the fall!

This place is really nice. I think we have stayed in 8 different Crimson units and this is probably 2nd on the list. The only issues were the washer, dryer and the couch. The washer had to be reset every time we used it. The dryer would take four to five cycles to dry the clothes. The just looks nasty and old (threw a blanket over it).

They could use a new couch, dirty leather, not inviting to sit in light colored clothes ., or shorts like one does when its hot. And maybe a little toaster oven to heat stuff up, not using the big oven. Some small glasses to drink.Been with you a many times before covid hit with family.

The view is amazing, the condo needs some major repairs. Also, when you book and pay in full, then they change the price and charge more, should NOT be ok.

At checkout I submitted a list of conditions that I would hope are corrected before we visit next year. This is our 3rd time renting Crimson 101 and fell that the unit is not being maintained properly, needs new paint, rusted metal closet doors, missing light bulbs, sticky floors, etc. The couches are getting old and need to be replaced.

We just love the condo and it appears some effort was put into stocking the kitchen better. One issue we did have was most of the vents hand dust stuck to the ceiling and this is now the second year in a row that I have come home sick and I never get sick. I don't know if it was just the adjustment to the air being on full time or if the vents need cleaning but I usually do not get sick. Also we had an issue with the pool heater not working and the hot tub not getting filled and cleaned although the pool guy came and sat and did a puzzle book on 2 different occasions.

The Crimson in a great spot to walk to almost anything you need. The pool was not heated or at least the heater was not on. The pool area was not very big. There was a door missing where the washer and dryer were which made it very loud when the washer was running. The condo was clean and the staff at check in and check out were very nice and helpful.

Although we don't watch much TV, it would be nice if the tv's were larger so it is more enjoyable when you do watch. Being directly across from John's Pass is absolutely fantastic. Not having to get in a car, unless you just want to, for the entire week is great. There are plenty of restaurants and shops just across the street. The beach is beautiful. The staff in the office were very friendly. The condo is stocked with well. I have already booked for next year for 2 weeks!

It was dirty shower doors did not work commode leaked tub did not drain I have stayed here many times and this year was the worst definitely needs a remodel refrigerator shelves also getting ready to fall down and it was definitely filthy hair in tubs etc

We loved Maderia Beach! Some concerns with the condo were there were no current reviews. The Condo does offer a million dollar view when you could enjoy it. Due to unsupervised kids we had to on 4 nights listen to screaming and yelling well past midnight. This prevented us from enjoying the wonderful balcony, sitting in the condo with the slider open, and forget about going to bed early. When we reported this concern, little was offered in the way of a solution by SunHost. They suggested WE call the police because there is a 10:00 noise ordinance. However, after WE determined who the kids were the office did address this issue with the parents. Seems it would be worth the investment to hire a security company to oversee properties. You will also notice a lot of noise, loud music and kids yelling, coming from THE BEACH PLACE next door. The furniture in the TV area needs to be updated, very uninviting to sit on looks dirty and old. The hall bathroom has peeling paint and what appears to be mold up by the vent area. The main slider lock is broke, you have to use a piece of wood to secure door. We got locked in the condo one day due to a defective deadbolt, management was quick to rescue use and bring in a locksmith. With some attention to detail this would be a great vacation spot. We spent most of our time on the beach renting chairs (175.00) for the week. Lots of great restaurants and shops at John Pass. If you are looking for a quiet get away, I am not sure this is for you. If you are fine with late night noise you will love this condo.

It was a fantastic week of weather and great accommodations. The view is spectacular and close to anything you could need. Condo was very clean and nicely furnished but could use a once over on basic amenities like pot holders, new sponges in kitchen for new renters etc., Just basic items. Everything else was fantastic.

Our unit was very roomy and comfortable, and very well furnished. We were especially pleased with the quality of the patio furniture. That is where we find some condos skimp a bit. The condo was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. We were hoping to get in right at 4:00 but had to wait a bit, but with John's Pass right across the street, we had something to do. The elevator was out for most of our stay, but we had a first floor condo, the stairway was literally across the hall, so it was no problem for us. The pool is cleaned daily (we watched every morning). The beach is beautiful and not crowded at all, even during a peak season. We love staying near John's Pass with so much to do there, we rarely drive somewhere. Favorites are the Mad Beach Fish House, Mad Beach Brewing Co., and Daquiri Shack. The manager on site was super friendly and helful. Sure to be back in the area in the future.
