The condo was nice enough. My two constructive criticisms are about the master bedroom and the cleanliness of the place. The cleanliness was an issue in so much as the floor had not been cleaned at all; full of sand, and even once swept up by us, blackened our feet with dirt. The cleaning crew also, removed the dishes too soon from the dishwasher and created a back up of water that we thought would have to get fixed by a plumber. Luckily the exterior building maintenance man told us a quick fix for it. I appreciated that the condo was available well before the official check in time, but not at the expense of cleanliness.

Property is in a great location, right on the beach; has all amenities needed! Everything was great, with the exception of 2 beds on arrival needing sheets washed as there were multiple hairs on/in them. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend to friends & family!

We rented as 3 couples and this condo was perfect for our needs. Loved watching sunset from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked. Sitting areas and beds were comfortable. About 1 mile to John's Pass. Many restaurants in the area. We enjoyed so much that we have already booked the condo again for next year!

The unit is good, mostly redone. However the building is a bit old and the unit does get a lot of noise at night. Every morning at 430 the Maintance guy parks right at the balcony and honks his horn to confirm it’s been locked, we also had a party crowd every morning at 3am coming to bed. The floors were a bit dirty but manageable.

The noise is what it’s, the other stuff the management company was all over the concerns and wanted to get them addressed right away. That was nice, very responsive and they do want your stay to be good.

It would be nice for them to have some coffee and laundry soap, more dishwasher tabs, 3 for a week with a family is not enough, and better pillows. I would pay a bit more so I wouldn’t have to buy those and then take them home. The unit also had no paper towels. I manage and own rentals, my rentals the guest does not have to stock soaps and towels, they only need to bring themselves and food. I provide laundry soap, plenty of dishwasher soap, paper towels and coffee cups for the keurig.

Me and my family have been staying in the Reddington Beach/Madeira beach area every year since I can remember. We stayed at #103 for a week July 2023. The location was great as usual. This beautiful condo is right on the beach. It is beautifully decorated and has most things you would want in a rental condo. I would definitely come back.

We loved the condo. The layout is perfect for family of 6. Beds were comfy. Great restaurants within walking district. Great beach. We’ve been in #101, 103 & 104. All are lovely!

Overall, this condo is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfectly close to everything, Publix is a few minutes away, and John's Pass is a quick drive as well. The Beach is clean, and you have the opportunity to rent (from a 3rd party) cabanas on the beach which was important for us. There was a seaweed problem (lots floating in the shallow and deeper waters) but nothing that ruined our fun.

The condo needs some TLC/updates, there is visible wear (dents, dings, paint chipping) throughout the condo. The Master bedroom toilet ran the entire stay. One of the bedrooms has a faulty doorknob and our daughter got stuck inside several times. The floors were VERY dirty, and had a film that caused our feet to be black with dirt at the end of the day. This is a simple fix if the cleaning/housekeeping team washes between rentals.

The beds were fairly comfortable (A little firm for our liking, but that is personal preference), the sheets and bath linens were clean and adequate, and there were extra blankets and pillows in each bedroom closet.

The kitchen was stocked fairly well with plates, silverware, corkscrew, pots/pans, etc..

Our biggest issue was with the cockroaches. We found at least 1-2 cockroaches DAILY in the kitchen and bedrooms. This was an unwelcome surprise.

Unfortunately, would not stay here again.

Beds were super comfortable. A suggestion for all rentals is to supply a small cooler to take to the beach. When you fly you can’t really bring beach supplies.

We had a very nice stay at Madeira Beach, in Las Brisas Condo. The condo is clean, well stocked and right on the beach.

Had a great time condo was nice. The only problem was the floors. They appeared to be clean but your feet would be black after walking barefoot for a minute. I have a 10 month old so he had dirt all over his hands and knees the whole time. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job

Overall I enjoyed our condo, however the floors were dirty when we arrived with sand all over them. The place itself has a very weird parking set up and the elevators take forever. Besides those items we had an amazing time. Thank you.

the condo its self was very nice, nice decorated the view was amazing i would recommend this condo to stay at, the check in was great the women were so nice also got to check in early which was nice because plane was early, as for the check out the ladies working that day were not so nice as i has emailed with company and since our plane was not leaving til later that day i had asked if we could leave the luggage at the office till 4 pm as check out was at 10, when i got to the office and informed the lady there she was not pleased with what i told her ,i did get to leave luggage but i felt like they were rude and not pleasant.

Very nice place with a great view of the ocean. The only thing I would change was the floor was not cleaned. We all had to constantly clean our feet because they were black on the bottom from walking around the condo.
