This is a review of Room 201 at Beach Place condos in Maderia Beach Fl. I have stay there for 4 years. The room is on the 2nd floor, the 3rd story. A good size 2 bedroom 2 bath, with a view of mostly a parking lot and the John's Pass draw bridge. This location is directly across from John's Pass. Easy access to the pool and beach, which are both very nice. The grounds are well maintained, 2 barbeques are available. Free parking with your room. The room is well stocked for cooking and dining. King bed in one room and 2 queens in another. Also 2 full baths. Balcony with 4 chairs, but needs a table. Overall good rental for the price. Their reservation and cancellation policies are very good. Put it on your list, will not be disappointed.

Honestly somewhat dissatisfied. The room wasn’t very clean upon arrival. My wife and I picked up several used Q - Tips from the floor. The hot water didn’t last long enough to fill the tub. However the view was nice. Balcony was nice.

I have been visiting Madeira Beach for 40 years and the Beach Place is the best place to stay. So close to John’s Pass, great location, well maintained building. Room #201 was perfect for our family of 4 and we will definitely pick this unit again when we come back.

We have stayed at Beach Place many times but always on Beach Front. 1st time overlooking parking lot and we were not too happy with all the noise so we probably won't be staying on this side again. Overall the place was nice just noisy at nights.

Second year I've stayed here, same room. Beach Place pretty much meets all my needs. Great location, room is well furnished, although a table is need on the balcony. Only complaint that I have is, I stay for a month and 1 or 2 replacements of linens and towels would be nice. That being said, I have reserved the room for next year.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A coat of paint on the baseboards would be nicer. But I would stay in this condo again.

Master bedroom carpet extremely stained. Condo very dusty. Teapot on the stove was full of bugs.

The place was as advertised. We wanted a place near John’s Pass and on the beach with the sewerage rooms needed for parents and teenagers. It was an end unit, which was great, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, dinning and living room. The TV was missing from the 2nd bedroom, but all else was great and the dishwasher was a bonus.

Beds are ok - you get extra pillows - furniture is ok - the pool is great, lots of chairs, its heated and well kept - love having the beach right there - love being able to walk across the street for food, shopping and water activities

There will not be any beach chairs / toys in the unit, you'll have to go across the street and buy them - the cabana rentals on the beach are $35 a day until 5 pm - sunsets are gorgeous

The furniture and decor is very outdated and uncomfortable. One of stools for counter top was in closet marked do not use. Many items in disrepair or needing replaced. Called maint on water leak in closet and got a response. As for the closet light and lamp issue reported, no response. Family had a different unit reserved and furniture/decor was nicely updated and comfortable. Could also see many other units are updated as well, not sure why this one is so far behind in updates. Picture shows a table on the balcony, but there is no table out there. When asking management about issues, was sometimes met with rude remarks or they were not helpful.

My family came here with me and had stayed at 305 and loved it, so I booked 201 and it was outdated, the toilet constantly ran even after they fixed it. There were only 4 towels and we had to do laundry every day.

We loved the location and the amount of space the condo allowed our family of 5.Steps away from the beautiful beach and Johns pass made for a perfect getaway.

It worked out great especially since there was only 2 of us. I was concerned about doing laundry in a hallway where everyone had access but had no problem at all. It worked out great. the condo was good and we enjoyed ourselves as always.

Our stay was wonderful! The location cant be beat, and the facility is kept very clean. Nice warm pool with convenient beach access was a major selling point. Condo itself was a tad outdated, and really could use a table on the balcony. Other than that, we had the best time and were provided with everything we needed!

We had a wonderful time. The location Is right across the street from St John’s Village & walking distance to all of the stores, bars, restaurants, Ice cream, marina and boardwalk. The lift bridge was neat to see, but you do hear some traffic noise. Loved our fishing excursion with Capt Kenny Keen, Early Riser Charters. Condo was nice, not fancy but good beds, spacious kitchen & for our family of four wonderfully! The pool is small but temp was really warm (nice for Dec.!) We will definitely rent again if In the area!
