Excellent stay, friendly stafff, nice condo , and nice location. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative thing was elevator wasn’t working and had to climb 4 flights of steps with luggage but that was due to hurricane damage. Great place

Gigi and Sarah we’re great in the rental office. Super helpful. Dan was the handyman that helped us out on several things.

Stacy at the office is so friendly and helpful! Gi Gi is new and was very nice to help us as well. We stayed this year in 212. There were a few minor issues that were resolved. We love the area ! Things have certainly changed in 35 years but we keep coming back!

Unit was good, great view, well stocked. Only thing needed is either a new dishwasher or some kind of stickers on the buttons as all printing is worn off so you don’t know what buttons do. Would rent again

The condo was the perfect size for 5 adults with enough space to provide privacy if needed. The location was ideal to watch the ocean, go to the beach, and walk to eat at John's Pass. The management was friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed all the restaurants and found a bar/band to listen/dance to nightly. My family was extremely please with the location, food, and even the weather. I would recommend this place giving there is enough to do for every age and activity levels.

This was our first time to stay in the area, we normally stay in the panhandle. This unit is located directly next to the Public Beach access. It was very Loud every night! Teens partying on the beach all night. 3 of the 5 nights someone was hauled off the beach in an ambulance. These units are so old you could hear everything! The door in the unit above sliding on its tracks, people screaming and yelling at 2am in the pool next door or in the parking lot directly outside the windows. This unit was dirty. The floors hadn't been mopped! The minute I removed my shoes my feet where dirty! The rug is so dirty its brown (supposed to be blue). The furniture in the living room was old. The beds are old and very uncomfortable. You cannot put the thermostat below 72 at any time according to Mngt. In the middle of the day the unit gets hot! The ceiling is peeling off from water damage. Wood rot near the sliding door from water damage. The patio chairs were old and uncomfortable. Chair rentals are pointless because the resort doesn't stop anyone from setting up their many tents and chairs in front of your rented seat. So you are in the back row of all people coming from the public access. There is no security to report noise or any issues. I felt like I was in the middle of spring break. The one positive - It was nice to be located across the street from John's Pass. If we do plan to stay in the Madeira Beach again, we will choose another condo complex. I would expect this from a unit that cost $150/night. Not one that cost $500.00/night!

Crazy to believe we are sleeping on a mattress where you can feel the springs moving under you. Complete honesty... I have slept on pullout couches I would sleep on again before staying here again. Jeff is sleeping a majority of the night in the recliner. I am up and down all night because it is impossible to get comfortable. Sleeping in on vacation? Nope. Not happening on this trip. I have contacted the office via email and expressed my concerns this morning to the office. We will see.

We had trouble watching the TV because the curtain were so light that sunlight was to bright in this room. Maybe if you put the TV on the other side would be better or get heavier curtains. Ice Maker did work got at all. Master bedroom commode most of the time you had to flush twice. Other than this we had a great time.

Great place, very clean and well organized. The beach was only steps away with an excellent view of the beach and sunsets from our balcony. Shopping and restaurants were just across the beach at John's Pass.

Very nice condo, updated nicely for most part. The shower curtain and bed linens need to be replaced. Bed and pillows not overly comfortable. The dryer is old and takes forever to dry. But great location, beautiful view. Would be nice if the owner invested in Beach chairs. But great stay overall.

We had a good vacation and enjoyed our stay at Beach Place #212. It was a great location convenient to many things.

Beach rental was fairly nice. The ceiling had some issues near the sliding door. need new sliding doors, sound proof. LOL Kitchen was poorly stocked. master bedroom bed could stand to be replaced. View was awesome! Two recliner chairs facing view were awesome!

We have been staying at Beach Place for the last 8 years and have never had an issue, however, this year we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property when we checked in. It appeared the cleaning crew did a partial job on the condo we rented. Food under the dining table and food under the furniture is not a clean property. Everything else about our stay was amazing! We LOVE Beach Place and we LOVE Sun Host! We are hoping for an improvement on the cleaning in the future.

Entire family met for dad's 90th - The property was beautiful, right on the beach and a really nice interior. The only issue would be this condo is not set up with enough appropriate kitchen gear to feed a family. There were only two very small frying pans, one that was warped and no big bowls to make salads or serve family style. I would recommend they update their kitchen gear! Other than that, the property was great!
