We have stayed at Surf Song many times since 2000. The location is fantastic. Hardly need a car with so many places within walking distance. The condo was an older renovation showing its age. In need of modernization with better light switches and charging ports. Example, it is almost impossible to find the light switch for the bathroom hall bathroom. And the complexity of the ceiling fans with switches and pulls.

#228 is my favorite room. I saw an improvement in the property’s upkeep. The owners are so good about making sure you enjoy your time there. I would highly recommend this unit.

I absolutely love Surf Song. 30 year guest. My unit is very nice. The property is not well maintained, although I hear that is going to change. I am happy about that. It’s listed as a resort and yet the lounge chairs are filthy, upstairs they are missing straps. The upstairs concrete is filthy and paint is peeling. Had as been like this for years. Covid is over...and yet we still get a drop off bag to change our sheets and put away towels, etc. and get charged a cleaning fee???
I do recommend SS to many people and have about 10 units will be my friends and my sons friends in October.
The location is wonderful, the people I have met are so special to me. I will continue to come and hope to see some improvements.
The flowers have all died in the front large pots.

The condo was clean,updated, and as comfortable as every year that we come. However the maintenance of the grounds is unacceptable and the new maintenance man needs to lose his military mentality and realize that he his working in the service industry now. The guests do not work for him and he has no right to intimidate or threaten them. Please bring Steve back ASAP!

Room was clean, appliances were newer, liked the stand up showers, kitchen was full of utensils. If someone was to ask me what I would change would be bring in a couch instead of love seat, or go with section. The living room was large, and all rooms had ceiling fans. All was great!! Place was clean & pool was a added clean bonus!! We did have a issue with someone barging into our place. Wanted to sniff for bed bugs. She was very aggressive & rude as well. It apparently was a scheduled thing.

We love our stay at Surf Song. We have met great people that come back at the same week each year. Small and friendly location. Bigger places don’t offer the socialization that you get at a smaller property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surf Song #228. Such easy access to pool, beach and John's Pass. We didn't even get a rental car since we had so many options within walking distance. Very convenient to have friendly office staff on site. Unit was clean and cozy. Would definitely return and recommend.

This is the sixth or seventh time we have had the pleasure of staying a Surf Song. It has become our home away from home and always enjoy the stay. Steve works hard to keep the grounds looking great. The box with the left over sand toys/chairs is appreciated however it does need cleaned out

This is the perfect location right on the beach and directly across from John's Pass. We liked it so much- we booked another trip down in a couple months!!

We loved the place and the location. Price seemed fair. We had to do some cleaning in kitchen and refrigerator when we arrived but other than that it was excellent.

Wonderful month of October at Madeira Beach. Despite the covid virus and a few changes in housekeeping everything was the same. My condo was perfect, owners very attentive, office personnel friendly and helpful. Cleaning crew too! This is the perfect place to stay in my opinion. Thanks for many happy memories.
