Very pleased with our experience renting from SunHost Resorts. Have stayed at Surf Song Resort every year and love it there. The property is clean and the pool is nice. Very close to everything at John’s Pass. We walked every where. We also took the trolley to Clearwater this year. Love Mad Beach!

Prime location! Gorgeous view of the Gulf from the balcony. The unit could use a deep clean...baseboards were dirty and the bathroom sinks had a smell. But everything else felt clean. Kitchen was great and fully supplied with everything you could need. The property was under construction due to the hurricane damage. But we were still able to spend time at the pool and it did not bother us at all.

We love our unit we have been in the same one for a couple of years I’ve been going to surf song since I was 14 several years love it here and would not want to go to any other property. They did updates on it when we came it’s gorgeous even tho it was my husband and I fir 3 weeks than my children and grandkids came for 10 days I prefer to stay in this unit even if they can’t make it we still stay in it cuz we love it so much

Great room, great weather, great location etc. only down fall was room 242 was full of unsupervised kids running all over banging on our door and running the halls even prank calling out room phone. Security calmed them down July 3/4 but every other day it was crazy. I never even seen a parent. I spoke to office when I checked out and they said they don’t manage that unit it was a rental. Kids will be kids but this was uncalled for they could careless when we ask them to stop. Other vacationers on our floor even ask us if they were our kids so obviously they heard the running and screaming.

So excited to stay here for our girls trip we walked in the place was a little dirty looks like the carpet has not been vacuumed and God knows how long we spent a few hours sanitizing and wiping everything down slider was dirty and touch points were all dirty crud around kitchen cabinet doors hallway was very disgusting the entire time we were there nobody ever vacuumed the hallway!
Elevator was disgusting and got more dirty as the time went by never was cleaned very disappointed we also try to get a late check out just a hour or two and me or told we needed to get out pretty sad we have stayed here before and we actually loved it very disappointed

Sitting on the balcony we could see the soffit was missing on the adjoining building as well as a gutter spout. The 2 palm trees were in need of attention as well. not exactly a pretty site when sitting out side.

We rented this condo for a girls weekend and it was perfect! The view of the beach was amazing along with the perfect sunsets every night. The condo was beyond comfortable. We spent our days on the beautiful beach and walked across the street to Johns Pass every night for dinner. Check-in was so easy and the staff was extremely friendly! We would definitely stay here again!
