Beautiful vacation

It was clean and in good shape. The location is great and the beach is beautiful. Check in and check out was very easy following the instructions. Looking forward to visiting again.

The property management should send out arrival instructions, codes etc. 48 hours before arrival. Not every tourist in the USA has wifi available all the time. We arrived at the office 10 minutes late and then had problems getting our documents.
Apartment a bit older, but neat and clean, very well equipped, especially the kitchen. <br/>The elevator was old and sometimes not quite ok<br/>The property management should send out arrival instructions, codes etc. 48 hours before arrival. Pleasantly appointed 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath beach condo located steps from the beach and across from world famous John's Pass Village. Master bedroom has balcony access as well as a king bed and access to 1/2 bath. Guest Bedroom has two single beds. Living area has a sleeper sofa, best for the little ones. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.
This 940 square foot vacation home has an open floor plan with ample seating in the living area for watching television or playing board games. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils as well as a washer and dryer for your use. Glass top dining table offers seating for 6. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a view of the beach and ocean. Free Wifi at Madeira Norte #306.
Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.
There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
