We had a great time. The location is perfect. Most everywhere you can just walk. Fantastic views of the beach and great sunsets. The unit was well stocked. We will be looking to book again for next year.

Considering two hurricanes just weeks before l think it was in great shape We saw many resorts that weren’t even close to being ready for guests. And they compensated us for the elevators not working. They did a wonderful job of getting Beach Place ready for us. Thank you

Overall, not bad but the carpets were very soiled. Supplies were good. The sliding door was difficult to open and close.

Stay was fine until I added an extra night. The combination on the door wasn't reactivated and we were locked out twice. The second time(early evening) after office was closed,no help getting in.

Our welcome was on the very ride side from the young lady in the office.
Biggest complaint only 1 parking space for a3 bedroom condo. Very sad when you pay so much to stay they can't even accomadate their guest cars. We had to pay an additional $200 in parking for our place condos #308

Location is its best quality, and the view is amazing. The place itself could make some very small changes to really improve; ironically however the in room "guest book" they leave for people to comment in had several different issues listed (some many months or years prior to our stay) that were still not addressed. Two of our guests are sensitive to dust and every time the A/C would kick on they'd start sneezing and were congested overnight (as if they had bad colds); suspect dirty air vents (which was mentioned by others in the guest book). The windows facing the hallway wouldn't latch so excess noise was coming in; also that meant you could access the room through the window if you wanted to from the hallway!!! You can't get extra towels, must wash your own however the dryer isn't maintained so the exhaust duct seemed clogged and therefore you had to run the dryer 3 or 4 times to dry towels. The glass slider to the deck was very difficult to open due to the very dirty/gummed up track; again small maintenance item that would fix this issue for months/years to come. They should spent a small fraction more of their enormous profits (based on what they charge) and they'd really have a gem there!

This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was perfect for our family with older children. The beds were comfortable. They provided plenty of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, and sand toys. Flying in for vacation and being limited what we can bring, this condo was perfect for us. We rented a car, which we really didn't need, because everything you need can be accessed by walking across the street to John's Pass. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back!

It was the second year we stayed in condo 308. Clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. However, prices have gone up quite considerably, so not sure how many more visits we will be able to afford.

Location is perfect. Condo was not very clean . Our feet were filthy after walking on the floor the first hour so we know it was not moped. There were no cleaning supplies to wipe counter with or even the glass table. Carpet needs a serious cleaning. Also found many dirty dishes in the cupboards. The ladies at the office were very rude. Talked to other guests and they said the same thing. We have stayed two other times at Beacg Olace and it was great. If we come back hoping it is much better.

Beautiful condo and well equipped. Convenient location next to John’s Pass boardwalk shopping and dining. The dryer vent needed cleaned and the furnace filter needs changed which I reported on my exit paperwork.
