Madeira Norte #311 was all as advertised. The unit was clean and everything was in working order. This is a great location as it is walking distance to John Pass and other local restaurants and businesses.
We would definitely come back to this location again.

Although hurricane Helene cut our time short, we were able to have 2 nights. This condo is in a great location. Check in process was easy. The condo was clean and the condo grounds and pool were immaculate.

Very clean and great location to all the food and shops. Second year coming to this condominium and it’s sooo worth it. The beach view is absolutely beautiful. The condo had everything we needed and it was clean. Till next summer.

We rented 2 condos at Madeira Norte. Both were perfect. I also like the fact that they leave instructions on how to use things in condo (TV, washer/dryer, refrigerator, etc.)
Love the location. The staff at Sunhost are wonderful and so helpful. Will definitely use them again.

This was our sixth stay at Madeira Norte, and seventh overall with SunHost, in Madeira Beach. We have stayed in multiple different units in the complex and they have all been excellent in their own way. Unit #311 is a wonderfully located unit being straight beachfront with a great view over the trees.

The unit was generally very clean and reasonably appointed, but was not without some issues. The most glaring issue was the quality of the beds. We don't go looking for "The Ritz" when we stay anywhere, but the master bed was simply a broken down, creaking mattress with a 4" topper thrown on top. The two twin beds were not much better. This is something the owner must remedy if they expect good reviews. While the unit did provide the basic necessities one would expect, most units will offer a few small items that should not be considered "extras" for the comfort of the guests. Things such as an extra pillow or a spare blanket for if someone wants to nap on the couch go a long way, but this unit didn't have anything like that.

Once again, Madeira Norte is a wonderful property and Unit #311 is a serviceable unit. It just needs some additions and upgrading to be on par with other units in the complex.

We had a good time , very cute nice condo , great location .
Only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom. I read reviews before coming and brought something with us to help . Mattress NEEDs to be replaced . We loved the condo other then the mattress issue .

The condo was decorated very nicely. The view from the balcony is perfect and looks right over the ocean and is great for watching the sunset. Chairs on balcony were very nice. The office was great about repairing the minor issues we had. The only negative was all the mattresses were awful, worn out and uncomfortable. In the master a foam pad had been added but did not help. For that reason, I probably would not stay in this condo again. 7 nights of not sleeping good can put a damper on vacation. I have not experienced this before in any other condo I have stayed in at Madeira Norte.

This is the best view on the Gulf. Enjoy sunsets from the well appointed deck and be steps away from John's Pass. The unit needs some updating. Love the beach view, the patio and location. Easy walk to St John’s Pass which is great. There were a few issues such as air was not working when we arrived, but was fixed yet that evening. The unit was bit dusty and didn’t seem like it was cleaned the best. Otherwise was a great stay.

Bathrooms need major cleaning along with replacing shower curtains which has mold and mildew stains on it. Dishwasher had water on bottom of it before we even ran it. We ended up handwashing everything.

We really enjoyed the location and the ability to walk to Johns Pass boardwalk with everything so centrally located. Beautiful beach, the view off the balcony, watching all the boats coming and going through the pass, and the nightly sunsets. Highly recommend this unit and location.

Relaxing stay. Comfortable beachfront. Great location. Plenty of restaurants in a short walking distance. Appreciated the rocking chair on the balcony. It was my favorite spot to have my morning coffee. Recommend a few food storage containers, otherwise kitchen was well equipped.

The condo was clean, in great shape, and has one of the BEST VIEWS of Madeira Beach and the SUNSET! John's Pass shops and restaurants are just across the street. Very happy with our stay. You are right across the street from John's Pass and about 100 yards from the Gulf of Mexico. Don't need a car or have to worry about parking meters.

Condo was exactly as shown in pictures and there was a TV in the second bedroom which was great for the kids. Condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils. Location was ideal and close to shops across the street. Pool is a little small for the size of the building. Washer/dryer in the condo was convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and pots and pans. We loved the location. Right across from John’s Pass. The beach was close and clean.

There were bugs all over the kitchen. Even after the unit was sprayed on Tuesday. We could not leave food out for more than 30 seconds without these bugs getting on our plates. They were mostly on the wall with the sink and would climb the walls up into the cabinet above

We have stayed many times on Madeira Beach thru SunHost. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired in 311 Madeira Norte. The condo was not clean, there was mold on the shower curtain which was disgusting.. The area rugs at the entrance into the condo and in the living room stink, nasty odor. The sliding doors in the bedroom and living room are very hard to open, not sliding on the track. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Kitchen drawers not neat, liner curled up at back of drawers. We will never stay here again.

We enjoyed the restaurants nearby. Sweet Sage and frog pond were amazing for breakfast. And conch Republic was awesome! Very very disappointed with Leverocks restaurant. Had fun walking around restaurants and dock at John’s Pass and ate amazing “wine cream”- ice cream made from a little bit of wine. Mango flavor! At ice cream store just to the right of “bronze lady”store at John’s Pass villages across the street. And bronze lady is such a fun boutique store also. Spent a lot a lot a lot there! So CUTE! Cute area. Beautiful beach. And great view and very comfortable condo, you cannot go wrong with this place! I already recommended this place to a friend and they booked in July!

Condo 311 at Madeira Norte was clean, updated and has an amazing view! We would definitely stay here again. It is right across the street from John’s pass(which my teenagers loved) and has a great beach view.
