Rented a 3br unit at Beach Place. Had our children & grandsons come down. It could not have worked out better! Great area for adults and children. Other than groceries, did not have to use our car. SunHosts Resorts were excellent people to work with.

Great weather. Unit 312 had a recliner, which is what I sleep in at home! Ice maker didn't work, since there were ice trays I suspect it wasn't working prior to our arrival We checked in at our noon arrival, which was fantastic after a 1 and 1half day of travel. Pool was clean. Perhaps a sign in the elevator warning that area around pool could be very hot would be helpful.

There was a large group of us in 3 separate condos. The other 2 condos were ready early, which I understand isn't always the case, however, after checking several times to see if ours was ready I ended going to the office 30 minutes past the latest check-in time only to be told "I'm sorry, I don't know how you slipped through our calls". No complaints other than that.

We literally parked the car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left. With John’s Pass Boardwalk across the street we walked over every evening for dinner. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. As for the condo itself the beds were not very comfortable and it could use a good deep cleaning, but I would totally stay here again. Really appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. I would like to see beach towels provided for a beach rental.

Traveled here with my husband, daughter, and grandkids. The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our vacation with a wonderful view of the ocean and plenty of room with a living room, kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. Restaurants, shops, and entertainment are with a short walk under the drawbridge.

We had a great time and love this area! Great location and beautiful beach! Room had plenty of room as we are a family of 6. Only down side was the beds need new mattress. They are very hard. However would still recommend this location.

This is the first time that I’ve used Sunhost Vacation Rentals. They were fantastic to deal with. I’ve stayed at Beach Place Condos many times, but I’ve always rented from another company. We enjoyed this condo very much.

My Family and I have used beach place many times in the past! We love coming to beach place! Overall, our stay was very nice, with the exception that the air conditioner did not function properly for a large portion of our stay. We had to call 3 separate times and the issue was still unresolved. This was the only time in 4 years that we had any issues. We will absolutely stay here again!

This unit could use some updating. The furniture is kinda old and worn. When you pay so much for a week, you expect a little more. The location is absolutely perfect, walk to restaurants, bars & shops!

What a dream! The condo was massive and the view was stunning. We truly saw dolphins every day. Kitchen had everything we need. 2 down sides, which we doable, were the chairs were lower, so your eye line was right in line with the balcony handrail and the beds were 0/10 in comfort. But, the sunsets made up for it all!

It could have been much better. I flew down from NC, two sisters flew down from OH, to celebrate our youngest sister's 60th birthday who lives in Florida. She has MS and is in a wheelchair. We arrived on Wednesday, the elevator was down on Thursday. Our first full day there was spent stuck on the third floor until 2:30 pm. No breakfast, no lunch, and no help from management. Said they'd compensate us but they did not. Elevator was out on Friday, too. The least they could have done was send up a pizza and coke. Maybe even a birthday cake. Ashley in the office was extremely rude on top of that and a flat out liar. Not a good way to start a vacation.

Condo was nice and large enough for my family but had some minor issues. Dishes in cabinets were dirty, Sliding glass door was broken, Ceiling needed to be repaired due to water from heavy rain.

It was damaged to the point that it really wouldn't close all the way on both sides and stayed open about 2 inches the entire time. The washing machine was also EXTREMELY loud. There was a note on the machine that it was loud, but it shouldn't have been as loud as it was. I have this type of washer at home and it's doesn't sound like a jet engine when running. It's so loud, you can't stand to be in the unit while it's running. If you need to wash clothes, make sure it's when everyone is headed out and absolutely not at night when anyone is trying to sleep. These were the only 2 issues that disrupted our stay. There were some other small issues, but they didn't disturb our vacation. I would return to this property and this beach as the beach was beautiful and this property has a great location. We also liked the assigned parking which guaranteed we had spots to park. We stayed in a gulf front condo and enjoyed every moment! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. When we reported the toaster didn’t work they delivered a new one within an hour! Great location, great condo, great management!
