Overall the stay was fine per normal, however here are a few things needing or that needed attention.
1. We had to fix a toilet seat
2. Right rear burner of stove does not work
3. Couch is uncomfortable
4. King bed is very worn
5. Only had three spoons
6. Some dishes were put away dirty

We love the location of the Madeira Norte condos. This condo was nice and the beds were comfortable. Our only complaint is the room wasn’t cleaned very well before our stay began. We did miss having the ocean view, but the view of John’s pass at night is still relaxing.

Nice apartment. The building is older and it shows in some areas. It looked like the roof was being repaired, which explains the water damage on the ceilings since it’s on the top floor. Basic necessities would be nice. We had a trial size Palmolive dish soap and 5 dishwasher pods, plus salt & pepper. We bought cleaning supplies because we clean during our stays and left them behind for hopefully the next guest. Tin foil, plastic wrap and other similar items would be helpful for those who don’t eat out every meal.
There was construction on the alley way between the building and visitor parking. The construction company had several spots taken up and access was limited to the parking. Barb from SunHost was wonderful. Our spot was one of the ones affected. She had not been communicated with as to where people were supposed to park, but she found a parking pass for us to park in the public parking next door. We did speak to an owner who had mentioned that we need to see the maintenance man and he would give us a pass. Same pass we got from Barb.
The beach chairs provided were all broken, as was the small beach umbrella. Lots of pool noodles though.

Condo was very clean! We have stayed in multiple condos in Maderia loved this units location across from John's Pass and right on the beach. Check in was easy and staff was very helpful with quick resolution to issue with the door. Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful two weeks in our first floor condo. The condo was clean and well equipped. The area is lively with lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. We have come to the Madeira Beach area for years and have always felt safe. The staff at Sun Host are professional and knowledgeable . Will definitely return.

This condo was the perfect location right on the beach. The condo was updated recently. It could have been cleaned a little better. The elevator was old, small and very slow. The pool was not very big. The management company was great to work with. The property was kept clean. Overall I would rent again though.

I had an amazing experience as I always do I have been renting the same unit for 4 years now. My only complaint was they moved the check in office and I was never notified took me going to 3 places to figure it out.

We paid 1400$ for a condo. A week before we left we received an email that our condo was being sold and would being shown the week we were there. We got there and our pool was closed the entire time. Construction noise constantly going on. Our elevator was broken and the door wouldn’t function properly.
