Beach Place #102 - Remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo complete with balcony view of popular John's Pass in southern Madeira Beach. This ideally located condo includes heated beachside pool, BBQ grills and an on-site coin laundry for your convenience. Free Wifi. Beach Place unit #102 has one parking spot.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The spacious kitchen includes all utensils, coffee maker and microwave. The living area provides comfortable, updated furnishings and television with DVD player, serving as a perfect spot to unwind after a fun filled day at the pool or beach. Both bedrooms provide plenty of room as each has two queen beds, and television making accommodations perfect for families, a girl's or guy's getaway, family reunion or any special occasion. Bathrooms are spacious, meticulously clean and linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon approval.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Staying at 102 Beach Place means you have one of the most popular attractions directly across the street! John's Pass Village is a landmark and a must see for tourists who enjoy a great family environment just steps from their front door. John's Pass Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching and water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world. Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Our family have been coming to The Beach Place since 1987. It started out with our children, now we have advanced to our grandchildren. To say the least we have stayed in many different condos at The Beach Place. Condo #102 was exceptional. The kitchen was updated beautifully, including appliances, dishes & glassware. Each bedroom was decorated nicely and the bathroom too. The main reason I decided on this condo is because I have arthritis in both my knees and it's hard to get in and out of a tub and the shower in the front bedroom was a walk in shower. It was wonderful. The only let down I had was the furniture on the balcony. It had a bar height table & chairs, so I was unable to enjoy the balcony and neither were the grandchildren. I should of noticed that on the website pictures, then I would of brought our own chairs. Besides that we will totally rent room #102 again.

This time we stayed in unit 102. Really enjoyed how updated the unit was! Sunhost Resorts is an amazing company to work with to have a perfect Madeira Beach Vacation!! We've been coming for 19 years and already looking forward to our 20th anniversary in this beautiful area

First of all, the location was amazing. The beach access is steps away from the condo and then acrosse the street was John's Pass which had tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Great place to walk around in the evening. The condo was extremely clean and well laid out. The kitchen was great and had all of your cooking utensils along with a toaster and a coffee maker. Be prepared to buy coffee filters, and any cooking ingredients you need, the only thing provided was salt and pepper. I would highly recommend this place. Everything was easy, from check in to check out and we loved our stay.

102 was a great space. We loved staying in this comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. I had Wifi issues in the condo but the office staff was quick to respond and allowed me to jump on their wifi until spectrum came out. we will book with sunhost again.

Great place to stay! Clean well maintained. Office staff very helpful. Unit 102 very nice accommodations with wonderful amenities! Close proximity to beach and John's Pass. We will come back to stay here again in the future! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful condo! Beds and couch were comfortable.  Everything was very clean and recent renovations look great. Parking can be an issue since only one space. Plan ahead for that. Had a great time! Love your place. Would definitely choose it again.
