Madeira Norte #208 - Updated, charming, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath located steps from the beach and across from popular John's Pass Village offers great value!. This 940 square foot property has an open floor plan with ample seating in the living area for watching television or playing board games. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils as well as a washer and dryer for your use. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a partial ocean and swimming pool view. Free Wifi

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed and flat screen television. The second guest room offers one full size and one twin bed and plenty of space provided for your belongings. Like all SunHost properties, the bathrooms are meticulously clean and linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of guests.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable and clean and everything worked fine. The location on the beach is great. We did not mind that we were not directly facing the water. The view was good enough and we weren't facing Gulf Blvd. The kitchen is nice and we prepared many of our meals easily.  The laundry machines are great. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you to those fine ladies. We would rent this unit again if we come this way in the future.

We had a great week! Loved the condo. It was modern, quiet and very clean. The pool was a little small but we spent lots of time at the ocean. WiFi could be a little stronger as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We will be back.
