Madeira Norte 213 - Ideal location offering views and privacy, not to mention a beautifully decorated and remodeled vacation retreat. Madeira Norte #213 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo that has it all which is why guests come back year after year. Free wifi. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The recently renovated kitchen contains new granite countertops, modern cabinetry, new appliances and has every utensil needed for your stay, including coffee maker and microwave. The comfortable living area has a flat screened TV and leads out to the side balcony, where guests will enjoy beach and nature views. Here you will find the perfect spot to enjoy a good book, or watch the spectacular sunsets Florida offers.

The cheerful, nautical themed master bedroom has one king sized bed, flat screened TV, and also provides access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV and provides plenty of space for guests. Linens, towels and pillows are stocked for your visit, and washer and dryer are here for your convenience.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

My sisters and I enjoyed our week stay. The kitchen is huge and gorgeous, love the granite countertops. The beds are very comfortable. The condo is decorated tastefully. The balcony was the best! We had our coffee in the morning and our evening beverages while watching the sunset on the balcony daily. The ocean waves lulled us to sleep each night. John's Pass is literally right across the street, with great gift stores, restaurants, jetski, kayak and boat rentals Our vacation was wonderful.

What a wonderful stay once again with sunhost! Everything we want in a condo is right here in 213 Norte. One can tell the owner takes great pride in this place as there are many extra touches. This unit fits perfectly with our five week stay as it has lots of cupboard space and is exactly as pictured. The balcony is great for us and suits perfectly after a long beach day. The view is perfect and we have just enough beach to watch all the activity on the gulf. The condo is quiet and away from the bustle of the pass but still affords easy accessibility if one chooses. We wasted no time and took no chances, booking early in our stay for next year. Again, after 30 years with sunhost and Madeira beach, why go anywhere else? P.s. Balcony has a great mix of lounge and cafe chairs. Honestly, both of us agree that we couldn't have been more comfortable...both in and out

We have rented the same condo (Madeira Norte #213) 4 years in a row, and it's become our home away from home! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need to cook with. The internet speed is fast, and is perfect for when we need to work while on vacation. The views of the nightly sunset is stunning from the balcony! The only reason I can't rate this condo as a perfect score, if because the bathrooms need updating. Other than that, this is the perfect location to John's Pass (across the street!!) and the perfect beachfront location. We love #213, and we just booked our 5th summer vacation in a row!

We loved falling asleep and waking up to the view and sound of the ocean. Great beach access. Condo was Stocked well with necessities and very clean. Only negative, Washer was broken before we arrived and not repaired upon departure.

Our family enjoyed the resort. The condo was just as pictured. Close to the beach, reserved parking and walking distance to Johns Pass for dinner and dolphin viewing! Staff was very helpful! Well kept grounds and accommodations were perfect. Definitely stay again!
