Beach Place #303 - Here is your perfect home away from home! Enjoy a memorable vacation in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom updated condo under new ownership! With renovations throughout, chances are you will come back year after year. Being just a few steps from all the amenities Madeira Beach offers, is just the icing on the cake! Free Wifi Please note there is ONE parking spot for Beach Place #303 and there is no additional parking on Beach Place property.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The kitchen now features granite countertops, modern cabinetry and opens up into the breakfast area and spacious living room. Here you will discover comfortable seating and large plasma television all wrapped up in soothing tropical colors. The outdoor balcony provides panoramic views of John's Pass Village.

The master bedroom has two queen beds, and television with attached master bath. The nice sized second room, also has two queen beds, television, and plenty of dresser drawer space as well. The bathrooms have been remodeled with new tile, cabinets and granite countertops. As a SunHost Resorts managed unit, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. It really doesn't get much better than this!

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

As a guest of 303 Beach Place, you will find you are centrally located to all of the area's amenities. This includes the one of a kind beaches, heated swimming pool, AND BBQ facilities. Located across the street, is popular John's Pass Village. The Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Location is great. Easy walk to John Pass. Condo was perfect, all the basics were there. Beds were comfortable. The ladies in the office were so pleasant and helpful, especially Nicole. Great restaurants, bars and Publix’s easily accessible. Loved the beach! Will definitely return.

We really enjoyed this beautiful vacation home.  This was our first time renting a condo.  Beach Place is in a wonderful location.  We came with 2 of our grand kids, and we all had a good time.  Love the decorations.

The Swedes are back again (3rd time) on this wonderful place on earth and great condo. We had 15 wonderful days with almost no rain and a lot of sunshine, which is needed if your used to Northern Europe. We will be back in Florida for more weeks in 2017, and hopefully it will be in 303 again!.

We had a great time this week. Even though the weather was kind of chilly, we had a great time hanging out in the room, warm pool, and all the nearby shops, etc. at John's Pass. The deck with the comfy chairs was nice for us and the kids to hang out on to avoid the wind, but still get some sun. The room was perfect and clean and had everything we needed! We hope to be back soon! Thank you for sharing your place with us.

This is our second stay in this building, but the first tiem in this condo. We reserved it online simply by looking at pictures. The condo is woderful, clean and well maintained. We have returned here quite a few times over the years. We love the area and what it has to offer. We will return. We never stayed in 303 but it looked really nice on the internet pictures, so we picked it and were very glad we did. It looks great and was very clean. You did a good job. We especially liked the decorations down to the flip flop decoration over the stove and the cute pineapple coasters. See you again.
