Crimson on the Gulf #303 - This is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. With ocean views, this spacious, beautifully updated home has it all, and just steps from the beaches, heated swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ facilities and John's Pass Village! Free Wifi

Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The eat-in kitchen has newer appliances, modern cabinetry and looks out into the large living area. It has been fully stocked with cookware and appliances ready for your comfort and convenience. Step into the nicely appointed living room and discover leather furniture, plasma television with DVD, and access to the wide outdoor balcony complete with stunning views.

This unit contains two master bedrooms, both spacious and providing plenty of room. The first has a king sized bed, with recently updated master bath, with two dual sinks, granite countertops, large step in shower, and top of the line fixtures. The second master bedroom has two queen beds, and the slightly smaller third bedroom also contains twin beds as well. . Both masters have access to the outdoor balcony. All bedrooms have newer furniture, flat screened television and plenty of storage and dresser drawer space. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free Wifi, washer and dryer, and hair dryer are also included.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as faxing, copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

Guests of Crimson Condos enjoy being just steps away from the heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and of course, the world renowned gulf beaches. John's Pass is a local landmark and located just across the street. It's a must see for tourists who enjoy a great family environment just steps from their front door. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

CR303We have been coming to the Madeira Beach area since 2001. Our daughters are grown and married now and we just spent our 6th year together with our daughters and their husbands. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are really great! We spend the majority of our time on the spacious deck taking in all the beautiful ocean views! We love the area and condo and will be returning!

Awesome! This is our 5th year at the Crimson and our 2nd year in unit 303. The updates to furniture and decor from last year was a welcome treat! They are exceptional! We are impressed with the responsiveness of owners to this request from last year! Well done! We love it here as it is a time for our extended family to get together! The ocean views and beach access make this a superior family unit. We also appreciate the tightened security in the pool area with the new gates and keyed entry. Couldn't ask for more. We will be back next year!
