At 660 square feet, with tropical decor, this upgraded home starts in the living room which has very nice leather furniture and television. The kitchen, with granite counter space and newer kitchen appliances comes fully prepared for your visit with all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a dining area, just outside the kitchen, perfect for playing games, or enjoying a meal. The living room has a large leather sofa. The private balcony offers some of the best ocean views available. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail while witnessing some of the most beautiful Florida sunsets.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and television. This is a perfect unit for a couple. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this is a non-smoking home.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Naturally from this ideal location, you are just steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities provided.

Another sought after attraction? John's Pass Village is right across the street! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Nice, quiet place and wonderful condo with gulf view. Listing should be updated due to a new floor in the living room - which is actually really nice :-) Easy check-in, great location directly at the beach with pool area. Definitely recommend.

This condo is in a great area! Just about anything you need is within walking distance. The building is quiet and the other guests/residents are super friendly. The bbq grills are a nice added bonus. Loved watching the dolphins in the Gulf.

We had another wonderful stay at Surf Song. Unit #346 was perfect. Very updated and a very comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for better. Management has and is doing a lot to beautify the grounds with new landscaping and other improvements. Can't wait until our next visit.
