Madeira Norte #413 - With so many finishing touches, it's no wonder that past guests describe Madeira Norte #413 as awesome, gorgeous, and amazing. With wonderful beach views, and close to everything, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit can be your family favorite as well. Free Wifi.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Enjoy a spacious kitchen, with granite countertops, newer appliances, built in cabinetry and fully stocked with utensils, including microwave and coffee maker. The living area provides comfortable seating, including sofa bed, television, DVD, and CD player. The outdoor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwinding after a long day while enjoying the views of the turquoise water and white sandy beaches.

The bright master bedroom has plenty of room with one king sized bed, and ample closet and dresser drawer space. The second guest room has two twin beds that can be converted to a king, making this a perfect spot for families or a couples' getaway. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Of course, a top attraction is the premier location this condo offers. Near all amenities, including BBQ facilities, pool, and of course, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Florida - Madeira Beach. John's Pass Village is directly across the street. This #1 tourist attraction is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Loved the condo complex and our unit. Amazing sunsets from our balcony. Unit does need cookie sheets and pot holders. Amazing condo!

Wonderful stay!!! We were very happy with condo # 413 and we would stay here again. We had plenty of space inside and out, it was clean and had the best gulf view and sunsets. The location to John's Pass was perfect for the whole family (kids ages 10 and 15). The kitchen was well stocked, there were beach chairs and some toys in the closet, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Tips: Paper towels, dish and laundry soap were not provided. The elevator was slow and keeping track of they keys for the elevator, pool/beach gate and condo door was a pain but we understood for security reasons. Thank you for a great stay!!
