Beach Place #506 - Please note that due to our hurricane season the elevator in the beachside building is temporarily out of service. The one bedroom and three bedroom units are located in this building. The two bedroom condos are in a different building and that elevator is operational. This bright and spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Direct Beach Front unit is located just across from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Breathtaking View of John's Pass and the Gulf of Mexico.

You won't be disappointed when you walk in the door of this beautiful coastal unit. Updated throughout with new laminate flooring, new baths, and kitchen with new granite countertops and all the necessary cooking equipment to cook a meal for the family. This 1350 square foot unit easily and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Two Full beds in Master Bedroom, Two Full beds in second bedroom and another Full size bed in the third bedroom.

All rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. Master bedroom and guest bedroom have large smart TVs provided for the comfort of guests who want to snuggle in and watch a late night movie. Free highspeed wifi internet is available so you can "work from home" if you need to.

For those who want a front row seat to the best view of Madeira Beach, then stepping out on to the private balcony is where you need to go. Comfortable seating to watch the waves crash against the coast and feel the warm gulf breezes.

Currently this unit does not offer a washer and dryer. Community laundry is located on the 3rd floor.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to our onsite office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
