Surf Song #226 - This beachfront Studio Efficiency is perfect for couples looking for a memorable Florida vacation along south Madeira Beach. Enjoy the beautiful beach and gulf views from the large picture windows. The main area includes fresh tropical decor, flat screened TV as well as reclining leather loveseat. A comfortable king sized bed, and complete kitchen with full size appliances finishes off the space. As with all SunHost properties, the unit is meticulously spotless and welcoming, which is why guests come back year after year. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note there is no phone in this unit. Free Wifi.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Ideally located near all amenities, including large heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and of course, one of a kind Florida beaches, you can find everything you need right here. Across the street is John's Pass Village, a highly popular attraction for all ages. This is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.
Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Easy check-in and parking, great location next to John’s Pass shopping entertainment and restaurant area, right on beach, great tv, quiet room with good sound mitigation (we didn’t even hear the music right outside our window)

My wife and I rented this room for our Anniversary and her Birthday. We wanted a quiet place to get away and this was perfect had nice walks on the beach and great places to shop and eat within walking distance. Great time.

As usual, my stay in #226 was a good one ..only this year I was surprised with a renovated bathroom and walk in shower stall with overhead light ..thank you Tim and Tracy! ..you know I enjoy this place or I wouldn't have been back for visit #15 ..you make my stay a very comfortable one ..see you next year, same time, same place!

This is our first time at Surf Song and we love it. The studio is just the right size and has a great view of the beach The pool is well maintained and the pool/patio area is well landscaped and clean
