Surf Song #240 - Well laid out 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo allows you to vacation near it all in Madeira Beach! Enjoy views, fresh ocean breezes and more from this adorable retreat, fully stocked and ready for your stay! Free Wifi. Please note this condo does not have a phone.

Large tiled living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, including a nice table for eating or playing games. This leads outside to the private balcony where you will enjoy sipping your morning coffee and watching the fabulous Florida sunsets. The spotless full kitchen has all the amenities needed for your getaway, including coffee maker and microwave. The master bedroom has two double beds, television and plenty of closet and dresser drawer space. All you need is a bathing suit and toothbrush and your vacation begins! Linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay are provided.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Of course, every amenity that makes this destination so special, is just steps away. Within minutes you can find yourself splashing in the ocean, or swimming in the heated pool. Guests also love the short walk to John's Pass Village, a popular spot for young and old alike. At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

The views from this unit are incredible!!! You won't be sorry you have your own personal balcony. I loved being able to enjoy the beach in the early mornings and late evenings from here. There was also an overnight lunar eclipse and I never had to leave the room to watch it. This was my third year in a row at Surf Song, and I just love this place! It is family friendly, affordable, and ideally located in Madeira Beach directly across from John's Pass. I did miss being pool side, so am going to try another unit in 2017.
