The Urban Stillhouse is the entertainment space presented by award-winning Horse Soldier Bourbon. The beautiful 16,000 sq. ft space boasts a full bar, restaurant and tasting room. They update their menu seasonally to ensure quality and creativity and only use the freshest locally sourced meat, fish and produce. Their bourbon-inspired dishes are cooked to order on a wood-fired grill that uses wooden staves from our bourbon barrels to produce that exceptional open flame taste.
