Housekeeping?
Have you ever been disappointed in the cleanliness of your unit on arrival? This won't be a problem under our program as unit cleanliess has become our number one priority. We have the best in house cleaning staff in our area- many of our staff have been with us for 10 years or longer. Are you currently paying a fee for "Spring Cleaning" or inventory? Not with SunHost, our program includes up to two free deep clean services per year – we move all appliances & furniture and clean behind, complete an inventory sheet and make suggestions for any items needing updating, extra cleaning or replacement.
What About Fees?
Our management fees are among the lowest around, inversely creating higher owner nets. Maintenance expenses will be necessary, but assessed only as needed, with many items performed at or below cost by our skilled maintenance staff. Often we are able to make repairs without engaging costly plumbers or electricians. We secure all reservations with either a credit card or a cash prepayment. All cleaning fees and taxes are paid by the guests.
